The leadership training School (LTS) is a program designed to equip YWAM'ers.

Our objective will be teaching you how to accomplish your dreams and to help others to accomplishing theirs. With this purpose we will be studying and covering subjects such as: Spiritual leadership, Understanding your identity in the light of God's character, the leader functioning in a team context, Biblical worldview, faith and finances, value and history of YWAM, decision making, effective planning, leadership styles, organization principles, effective problem solving and people management, communication and also the leader's relationship with God.
