We will connect your outreach team with a personal host
We will connect you to a host who will be your personal guide in ministry. They will provide you with connections, information about the location and people, assist you with food and accommodation, provide translation, and bring encouragement to your team. We pray that this will be a mutually beneficial relationship during your time here where the Kingdom of God can advance through love and unity.
Accomation is R300 per day per person, meals included.

Ministry opportunities that you can get involved with
Youth Ministry
We do youth ministry in local communities and townships around Muizenberg. We work with youth aged 13-18, in a wide range of cultures and ethnicities. Most of the teenagers come from highly volatile or tense environments with a high rate of illness, violence, and death.
The purpose of this ministry is to create a safe space for young people to experience healthy human contact and learn relational boundaries. They take part in educational skill building exercises, outdoor activities, and life coaching.
Children’s Ministry
Children’s ministry forms the heartbeat of our outreach department. We partner with local ministries and focus on early childhood development, which covers toddlers to preschool ages. In this ministry, children are given an opportunity to engage in a variety of educational and social activities such as reading, writing, arts and crafts, drawing, etc. This creates a healthy space for them to thrive developmentally.
Your team would work alongside long-term ministry leaders to create Bible-based activities for the children. The desire is to show the nurturing heart of God and speak value into the lives of the kids.
Train Ministry
This is an evangelism-focused ministry, using the train system as a platform to bless local commuters. During this time, team members will get to pray, share testimonies, and share the love of Jesus with the people on the train. We have seen the Holy Spirit move powerfully through this ministry, and we encourage you to take a bold step of faith.
Evangelism
The beauty of South Africa is its warm culture where people value relationships, meeting new people, and hearing what they have to say. Whether it's on public transport, through an open-air event, or being welcomed into someone’s home, people are constantly looking for hope and encouragement.
This makes evangelism an exciting opportunity for outreach teams to obey the Holy Spirit, share their faith boldly, and show the love of Jesus to those around them!w stories, learn about individuals’ experiences and even get to taste different, exciting foods!
Facilitate Bible Studies
Bible poverty is a global epidemic. The lack of biblical knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures leads to a false understanding of God where people mix in other rituals or religious practices. Thus, it is important to bring God’s Word into local communities through Bible studies.
We offer opportunities for teams to facilitate Bible studies in different townships. Our purpose is to disciple believers, restore right relationship with the Lord, equip people with a Bible, and take a stand against Bible poverty.
